jayu9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jayu9 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jayu9 website located at jayu9.org, including all services, games, betting markets, payment processing, and related features. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of jayu9, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jayu9 and close your account.

jayu9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond the publication of the revised Terms on the jayu9 website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued access to or use of jayu9 after any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jayu9, you must satisfy ALL of the following eligibility requirements at all times. jayu9 will verify eligibility at registration and may request re-verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to satisfy any of the following conditions will result in account suspension or permanent closure without refund of bonus funds:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not already hold an existing jayu9 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must not be a jayu9 employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing jayu9 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and it is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the platform.

jayu9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated time period will result in account suspension and a freeze on any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each Player may open exactly one (1) account on jayu9. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your jayu9 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. Your account is personal and non-transferable. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• You must keep your jayu9 login credentials (username, password, two-factor authentication details) strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify jayu9 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if you suspect your password has been compromised.
• You must not allow any other person to use your jayu9 account. Any use of your account by a third party — regardless of whether such use was authorised by you — remains your sole responsibility.
• jayu9 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close any account where it has reason to believe that fraudulent activity has occurred, that false information was provided during registration, or that these Terms have been violated.

In the event that jayu9 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, jayu9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonus funds held in such accounts, and — at its discretion — return only the verified deposited principal to the payment method on record.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jayu9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jayu9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not process withdrawals to foreign bank accounts or international payment services. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit on jayu9 is ৳500 per transaction for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit for Visa and Mastercard bank cards is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your jayu9 wallet in real time (typically within 60 seconds) for mobile money transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect, depending on the issuing bank's processing time.
• jayu9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your deposit payment method must match the name registered on your jayu9 account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched payment methods will be held pending verification.
• jayu9 reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification having been successfully completed. jayu9 does not process withdrawals to payment methods that were not used for a prior deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for bKash and Nagad is 15 to 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals submitted outside BST business hours may take up to 24 hours to process.
• jayu9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the withdrawal may be delayed and the Player will be notified by email or via the account dashboard.
• Funds deposited on jayu9 that have not been subject to at least one (1) wagering transaction (bet placed and settled) may, at jayu9's discretion, be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal. jayu9 is not a bank and does not offer interest on account balances.

jayu9 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawal requests promptly. If you experience any issue with a withdrawal, contact jayu9 support at [email protected] with your account details and transaction reference number. Do not initiate a chargeback through your payment provider before contacting jayu9 support — unauthorised chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jayu9 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your jayu9 account in BDT and must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds that expire within the validity period will be removed from your account balance without compensation.
• jayu9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds from a Player's account if jayu9 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in violation of any promotion-specific terms.
• Players may only claim a welcome bonus once per household, per device, and per payment method. jayu9 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect and prevent bonus abuse.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid only on the game or games specified in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

jayu9 promotions are intended for recreational players only. Players who demonstrate betting patterns consistent with professional bonus exploitation, arbitrage, or matched betting strategies may have their access to promotions restricted or removed without notice. jayu9's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jayu9. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance (including both deposited funds and winnings where fraud is confirmed), and may result in the matter being referred to the relevant authorities. The following list is illustrative and not exhaustive:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21 or allowing any person under the age of 21 to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players, jayu9 employees, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players, including chip dumping in poker or live table games.
• Attempting to launder money or using jayu9 in connection with any financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, glitches, or undocumented features to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are void and will not be paid.
• Registering under a false identity, providing fraudulent documents during KYC verification, or impersonating another person on the platform.

jayu9 employs fraud detection technology and human review processes. If your account is flagged for investigation, jayu9 may temporarily freeze your account and any pending withdrawals while the investigation is conducted. jayu9 will endeavour to complete all investigations within 14 calendar days and will notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.

7. Responsible Gaming

jayu9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. jayu9 is strictly an 18+ platform — in Bangladesh, the minimum age for gambling on jayu9 is 21 years. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players free of charge from within account settings:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be reduced immediately — increases to deposit limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined time period. Once the loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Cool-off period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the Player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The cool-off period cannot be cancelled once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from jayu9 at any time. Self-exclusion is irreversible and results in permanent closure of the account. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method after KYC verification is completed.

If you are concerned that your gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm to yourself or others, please use the self-exclusion tool immediately or contact jayu9 support at [email protected]. Gambling should remain a form of entertainment — if it stops being that, jayu9 encourages you to use the available tools to take a break.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on jayu9, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, source code, and all other materials (collectively, "jayu9 Content"), is the exclusive property of jayu9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jayu9 Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with using the platform as a Player. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any jayu9 Content.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code of any jayu9 software. You must not frame, mirror, scrape, or crawl any part of the jayu9 website without our prior written consent. Any use of jayu9 Content outside the scope of the licence granted above constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jayu9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use jayu9, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from interruptions to the jayu9 service, including scheduled maintenance downtime, unplanned outages, or third-party payment processing failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your jayu9 account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information or content published on jayu9, including odds, match statistics, or promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jayu9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. jayu9's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jayu9 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and Termination

jayu9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, criminal, or dishonest activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe; (d) at the Player's own written request for account closure; or (e) where continued operation of the account would, in jayu9's reasonable assessment, expose jayu9 or other Players to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification. jayu9 will not return any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement. Players who have been permanently self-excluded or closed for responsible gaming reasons are not eligible to re-register on jayu9.

11. Amendments and Governing Terms

jayu9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the jayu9 website at jayu9.org/terms-conditions with an updated revision date shown at the top of the page. Where a change is material, jayu9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players via the registered email address on file. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of jayu9 following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions, together with jayu9's Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms published on the jayu9 website, constitute the entire agreement between you and jayu9 with respect to your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Any failure by jayu9 to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
